We currently are looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hayden, Idaho. The Outbound CSR will focus on warm calls following up on quotes and services provided to existing customers. The Outbound CSR will also schedule preventative maintenance appointments. is responsible to provide accurate, timely, and professional information to clients, customers, and guests through answering phones and in-person interactions. This important support role is the first memorable connection that many of our customers have, so this person must be focused and dedicated to providing a positive customer service experience. Required Qualifications Must have customer service experience (call center and sales experience is a plus) Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Must possess excellent follow-up skills Outbound call experience is preferred but not required Must have a positive personality while working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Experience working with a multi-line phone system. Ability to multi-task Accurate and timely data entry skills Ability to work independently and/or within a team Organized Dependable and reliable attendance Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
