We're a patient-centered medical practice with 4 clinics in North Dallas. Our mission is to impact our patients to take a proactive approach to their health and ultimately impact our community for the better.The role involves prospecting new patients to come into our clinics from our internal list and new lead generation efforts.If hired as an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting & following up with both inbound and outbound potential patients to see if they could potentially be a good fit for our medical programs and then set appointments for our Patient Success Team team. This position is perfect for someone who is wanting to start off in sales and looking for a way to earn their stripes. But if you already have experience within the industry, this is a total bonus. With this role, full training will be given so being willing to learn a proven process and then sticking to it is crucial to your success. Here are some of the details you need to know: You'll handle inbound/outbound calls The position is full-time, with on-target earnings of $4,500 - $5,500/month Full Commission Pay after training Stipend option through Training Phase (1-3 months) Commission once established in the role. Must want to help people - This can't just be about the monthly Must have a helpful and positive attitude. You need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on your phone and computer (Access to a computer and cell phone is a must-have [Don't worry, you won't be calling from your personal cell phone] ) This role is best suited to people who are passionate about helping people, through the cutting-edge and patient-centered style of healthcare. To succeed you must be: Self-starter -- you are comfortable working and managing your own time and multiple conversations at once Driven -- competitive and confident with chasing down leads and moving prospects to the next stage to reach sales targets for our company Adaptable -- Able to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire If you feel this level of engagement is not right for you or that you're not willing or able to participate with us at this level, we are not a good fit for you.
