We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Organisational Development Project Lead , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, talent management, staff engagement, training and development, and other organisational development projects. Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to achieve organisational goals. Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures related to organisational development projects. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in organisational development. Develop and manage budgets for organisational development initiatives. Provide guidance and coaching to departmental leaders on change management, leadership development, and other best practices related to organisational development projects. Ensure alignment and integration of organisational development initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners and service providers as required. Requirements: The Organisational Development Project Lead must possess a bachelors degree in business, organisational development, human resources, CIPD qualification or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of five years' experience in organisational development or a related field is required. Experience in change management, project management, and leadership development is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is vital and demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources effectively. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
