About the Internship The Orders intern will have the opportunity to work in the eCommerce Department alongside the Orders Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, extremely efficient, and have a keen eye and passion for details. Fulfilling outgoing online orders for Hampden and ensuring they are accurate and prepared for shipment is a must. Primary Responsibilities Order Processing Pull inventory from the floor immediately after online orders come through Prepare and process orders, including making labels in Shipstation, preparing orders for DC, checking the orders for damages Coordinate delivery of local delivery orders and in-store pickup orders Online Customer Service Troubleshoot order errors and lost packages Answer all orders, emails, phone calls, and texts immediately The Orders Intern reports to Orders Manager. Hours 4 weekdays and 1 weekend required. 9:30-6:30 Hampden is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
