You will be part of our Oracle Human capital Consulting practice and will be responsible for delivering cloud solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions. You will supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements, working independently with clients. As a Technical Oracle HC Senior Consultant, you will provide consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation life-cycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects. Responsibilities will include: Demonstrate an understanding across all aspects of the Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation such as Data conversions, Integrations, Reports, Fast Formulas Document technical requirements from clients Experience in leading solution design and development workshops Assist in the development and management of detailed technical deployment cut-over plans backss impacts on Oracle’s quarterly release and provide recommendations/next steps to the client Support the reviews.
