POSITION PURPOSE: The OCM Process Lead is a key member of the Project Fortress Business Resource team. Project Fortress encompasses our journey to modernize our ERP platforms which will improve how our team interacts with processes, systems, and data to achieve our goal of operating as one company. This position will lead with functional authority and collaboration with a Process Specialist to drive our digital transformation efforts. They will be accountable for delivering program objectives within the OCM function. They will act as change advocates/champions within the OCM function and with key end user groups. They will ensure workstream issues or required decisions are escalated quickly and as needed to enable on-time program delivery. They will manage resources and monitor needs for timely escalation of resource constraints. They will be responsible for communicating, coordinating and managing business SMEs in their respective area. They will be responsible to highlight and summarize variations in business processes, and lead in rebuilding business processes to be in alignment with system constraints. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Oversee the execution of OCM and training activities for Project Fortress leveraging designated tools to track such activities * Provide input to the development of all OCM and training strategies * Align key leaders and stakeholders to project goals and priorities * Collect key data inputs and impacts to inform change interventions and identify activities required to drive and track business adoption of new ways of working * Inform key stakeholders through integrated, targeted, and timely programmatic messaging for Project Fortress * Develop, coordinate, review, and validate OCM deliverables * Identify cross-workstream dependencies and proactively collaborate to obtain required inputs to OCM deliverables * Collaborate with functional and technical SMEs to complete review cycles of OCM deliverables and present to Workstream lead for signoff * Evaluate stakeholder readiness to facilitate change from 'current state' to 'desired state' * Activate change champion network and coordinate regularly scheduled activities * Proactively drive engagement with change champions and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the change management plan * Recommend and champion changes that impact strategic business direction * Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position has no direct reports IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. Experience * 10+ years of business experience * 5+ years of experiences in developing and executing OCM plan, communication plan, and training plan, and coordinating and overseeing the business process change and training activities Skills * Strong knowledge of functional area * Ability to think and work strategically and tactically * Strong communication skills * Strong Systems Thinking capabilities (upstream & downstream) Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field SCOPE & EXPECATIONS: * Reports to: Work Stream Lead * Travel Requirements: * This will vary depending upon the functional area. * The recruitment process may consist of any combination of phone, video and in person interviews. * Offers may be contingent upon successful completion of Background Check, Drug Screen, Physical Examination and/or potential Motor Vehicle Check.
