Qualified Professional (QP) - Opioid Treatment Program - Full Time Join a supportive team who values personal & professional growth and development and likes to have fun! As a full-time QP for our Adult Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program located on Garner Rd in Raleigh, you will work under the supervision of the OTP Director and Lead Counselor to engage clients in SouthLight Healthcare services. Working as an OTP QP will provide the opportunity to work as a highly valued team member in a setting with licensed counselors, nursing staff, medical providers, and psych providers with combined decades of experience in substance use treatment. SouthLight provides a full array of behavioral health services, ensuring clients can get their needs met all under one roof and allowing for easier communication and increased interaction with other services (SAIOP, ACT, CST, BHO). Collaborating with multiple programs and providers will lead you to develop a well-rounded skill set as a substance use counselor. Pay Starting at $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. You will be eligible for medical benefits the first of the month following your first 30 days. We have options for a standard plan, as well as an HSA with a $300 initial contribution and up to a $25 per paycheck match. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF). Job Responsibilities of a Qualified Professional (QP) Engage clients internally and externally through community engagement Remain flexible to the clients' specific needs throughout their person/family-centered recovery process Refer clients to other service lines to best support their goals Work with clients to engage in internal and external resources; supporting self-care, family, housing, employment, transportation, education as well as clinical treatment Create person-centered treatment plans and comprehensive crisis plans specific to the unique goals/needs of client Maintain weekly productivity Support clinical staff by completing internal and external data entry to maintain program compliance with required reporting Participate in regular supervision and required trainings as necessary for position/certifications Support the program and agency in implementing and maintaining EHR data and processes Qualifications of a Qualified Professional (QP) Educational and Experience One-year experience working in an inpatient or outpatient setting with individuals possessing substance use and/or mental health diagnoses Licensure/Certifications Meets criteria for Qualified Professional 4-year degree in Human Services + 2 years' experience with population served 4-year degree non-Human Services + 4 years' experience working with population served CADC/ preferred, not required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to organize resources and establish priorities Knowledge of the Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care approach to addiction treatment Ability to keep timely and accurate documentation Working knowledge of: Windows Operating System Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) Ability to work seamlessly with other service lines and community organizations to engage clients About SouthLight Healthcare Tap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
