Current doctors seeing 40 patients per day and each performing 500 cataracts per year. Assume an immediate volume of 500 surgeries per year with an ample amount of retinal injections, if desired from retiring physician. 15,000 square foot main office has an ASC with two operating rooms. Strong optometric referral base. Partnership offered after one year into the clinic and there is no good will component to the buy in. There is also partnership into the real estate, ASC and optical. Guaranteed salary of $350,000 with bonus structure. Bismark is a great town for museums, galleries, theatres, festivals and hiking. Superb school system with a lot of community spirit. Close proximity to skiing and major metropolitan area.
