This position will perform product (Coil) packaging, railcar coil loading, coil movement within warehouse to support department key performance requirements. The selected team member must be able to demonstrate required skill sets as described in The Basics below. The Basics: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED):Previous working experience in related position, such as industrial warehouse, heavy machinery operation, manufacturing, or logistics, is required: At least 1 year of experience in high paced industrial position is required. 4 years of military experience and/or certain industrial related college degrees may be accepted in lieu of industrial experience.: Must be able to demonstrate required skill sets (Coil Prep and Hand Packing requirements, Upgrade packaging requirements, Operating Coil Master, Identification of Quality Defects, etc...) : Ability to follow workflow diagrams and written work instructions: Basic knowledge in manufacturing process systems: Basic computer skills including MS Office: Ability to accurately read a tape measure (metric/standard): Ability to perform material handling or equipment operation (i.e., forklift, floor sweeper, etc.) and continuous manual labor: Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. utilizing proper lifting techniques:Ability to be a self:starter, follow directions, and work in a team environment: Ability to adapt and prioritize to variable mill requirements TRAITS TO BE SUCCESSFUL stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward. : Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.: Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. : Supports team members in skill development to meet both career goals and organization goals.: Gains the confide
