Purpose The Operation Supervisor reports to the facility’s General Manager, and plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operational requirements for the business. As a leader of employee teams, Operation Supervisors set the pace for the day ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed and that Key Performance Indicators are met or exceeded by their team. The Operation Supervisor is a resource and the ‘go to’ person for their team to help minimize barriers to successful execution of the SOP’s, client Service Level Agreements, and best practices. Responsibilities Lead a department of employees who are responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions and meeting Key Performance Indicators as set by the General Manager. Provide coaching and on the job training to ensure that employees are capable of meeting individual performance goals and are cross trained to maximize their contribution to the company and provide backup support when needed. backss employees using approved performance management processes.
