Generate reports and presentations summarizing key findings to assist in decision-making processes.Assist in project planning and labor cost and resource allocation.Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to operations, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and performance metrics.Collaborate with key leader and teams to facilitate effective communication, resolve operational issues, and ensure alignment across departments.Qualifications/RequirementsCurrenlty pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Operations Management, or businessPrior experience working in an office setting is a plusAble to work 40 hours per week during the summerEfficient and detail-orientedExcellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookTotal Rewards and BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life InsuranceMatching 401(k) ContributionHealth Savings AccountEducational ReimbursementMatching Gift ProgramEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran
