Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Oversee the day-to-day operations of our London-based grab-and-go outlets. Collaborate with culinary teams to curate an enticing and diverse menu, staying ahead of industry trends. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and maximize freshness. Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality ingredient delivery. Utilize data and feedback to backss performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic enhancements. The Right Operations Manager Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager in a food-led Quick-Service Restaurant QSR or Grab & Go setting. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
