We are seeking a creative Operations Coordinator to join our operations team to further Envoy America's mission to bring safe, trusted, reliable, cost-effective transportation and companionship services to older adults. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing team who have doubled revenues in the last 2 years and is expected to grow exponentially beyond the 28 states it currently serves today. In this role you’ll be working hand in hand with the Fleet Operations Manager and the Director of Driver Experience to maintain the company’s fleet of Electric Vehicles & Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. Come join us to change the face of transportation, companionship and healthcare for older adults. This is an on-site position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor fleet vehicle maintenance records. Assist with scheduling regular preventative maintenance on the fleet, and order urgent or emergency repairs as needed. Monitor the fleet expenses (fuel, charging, maintenance, toll usage, etc.). Assist Director of Driver Experience with managing driver education and training program through the company’s Learning Management System. Assist with assigning personnel to clean and charge the Tesla fleet at the Scottsdale hub. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1 year of vehicle maintenance management. Exceptional internal and external customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to present a professional image to management, staff, service providers, Companion Drivers, clients, and other outside contacts. Prior technician/mechanic experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various Cloud-based systems. PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Previous experience in the transport, hospitality and/or senior services industries. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,000 - $50,000 per year.
