As an Operations Coordinator, you will assist with the organisation and administration of all aspects of our engineering, packing and logistics projects to ensure their complete and efficient operation, including travel coordination. This role is an interesting opportunities supporting their US operations and will be based in Brisol but will be working US hours (Monday: Friday 14:00:22:00) Duties and Responsibilities include: Coordinate and monitor projects and other relevant administration; source service providers, contractors and suppliers; obtain quotes and deal with problems Ensure all work runs in a timely, cost: effective manner within budgets and timescales Place orders with suppliers and make arrangements in relation to monitoring all relevant deliverables Prepare required job documentation, including job step risk analysis Undertake job cost allocation and invoicing for this Operations Co: ordinator role, you will need exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail.
