We are hiring for a full-time Operations Coordinator you will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your scheduling and operations career! What you would do: Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutions Manage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person) Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process Work closely with site supervisors/managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site Other tasks/assignments as required by the supervisor What would you bring: 3 +years of experience in operations coordination; or scheduling Class 5 BC Driver's License and able to provide a clean driver's abstract BC Security License is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize information in a fast-paced environment Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not.
