Job DescriptionThe Overhead Door Company of Fort Wayne is a leading provider of the second-largest insulation installer in the U.S. residential new construction market. We specialize in residential garage doors, commercial doors, and insulation. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a motivated Operations Assistant to join us.As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team.Responsibilities: * Dispatching * Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. * Coordinating schedules and appointments. * Communicating with clients and vendors. * Providing administrative support to the operations team. * Data entryPreferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
