Assisting the Operations Manager in planning, budgeting, oversight and documentation of all aspects of Operations work. The main responsibilities of an Operations Administrator include: Provides general support to the department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures. Contributes to the successful completion of department projects. Maintains databases, creates reports and records Provides support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents. Co-ordinates management diaries, organises meetings and diary management for senior colleagues. Documents processes and ensures they are adhered to, performs data capturing as required. For you to be the ideal Operations Administrator candidate, you will: Basic knowledge and experience in a customer service role. Strong administration skills and attention to detail. Proficient with MS Office suite of programs, in particular Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook. Confident talking to stakeholders over the telephone and via email communications.
