As an Onboarding Specialist you will oversee and conduct onboarding for new hires in the Trades. You will lead them through Peaden's onboarding program which champions Peaden processes, systems, and ideals. The goal is to develop the Best Trade Service Technicians in the Gulf Coast. What's in it for You? Pay: Starting at $50K+ depending on experience. Eligible for a increase of $5k once you become Nextstar and service titan SME Certified. The Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance for Employees, Domestic Partners and Dependents Company provided $30K policies for Life and AD&D Company provided Long Term Disability Policy PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Optional Life Insurance, and Supplemental Insurance plans Work Life Balance Discounts on services Company supplied iPad and iPhone An amazing company culture What we need from YOU as an Onboarding Specialist : Become Nexstar certified with intent to become a subject matter expert Become a Service Titan Mobile trainer with intent to become a subject matter expert Enjoys and is comfortable speaking and commanding a group Engage a group to keep on task and focused Determine improvements necessary to improve and streamline program Become a Subject Matter Expert of the Peaden Process Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role Experience with HR standard software Experience with ATS and resume databases Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player Good organizational and time management skills Willing to Travel to other branches within the Gulf Coast In office location based in Ft Walton Beach Branch Service Titan and Nexstar experience preferred Bachelor's in human resources management preferred or equivalent of Associate's and/or related experience Who We Are: Peaden is the dominant and most respected name in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services along the Gulf Coast.
