Responsibilities: • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication• Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget• Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards• Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary• Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties Qualifications: • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
