TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 32-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our concept is to provide efficient and quality work in all areas of HVAC service. From our 24-hour emergency service department to the installation of new equipment, we cover all expectations that heating, and air require while staying up to date on all code requirements. Position : Office Coordinator Pay: $16-19/hr DOE Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 100% covered for the employee! Roth IRA with up to 3% employer match Life Insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation Additional benefits offered through Aflac Position Summary: This person will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivables duties which include but are not limited to distributing invoices, billing for service and installation work, making bank deposits, data entry of service department invoice comments and service history, payroll, install and service department job costing, maintaining accurate customer and account records, posting credits to customer accounts, resolving billing issues and answering a multi line telephone. Required Qualifications: Pass drug and background check 3+ years of experience working in an accounting role Basic computer skills (outlook, excel, word) Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to be highly organized and multi-task HVAC Industry knowledge is a plus Experience with QuickBooks highly preferred **NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
