Office Coordinator A local HVAC company seeks a new Office Coordinator to join our team. Qualified applicants will have experience in customer services, administrative tasks, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Primary Job Function : To assist with administrative functions such as: answering incoming calls, assisting with purchasing material, and maintaining a customer database with current information to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate referrals and assist in sales while maintaining a positive, productive line of communication between the customer and the company. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide follow-up on calls. Pay scale : $18.00 - $22.00/hr. plus commission and spiffs. Schedule : 7:30am - 4pm, Monday through Friday Benefits : Health Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Simple IRA with Employer Match Employer Paid Training Career Growth Opportunities! Qualifications : Must pass a drug test and background screen. 2+ years of administrative experience Friendly, professional, and energetic personality Ability to Multitask Superior computer skills; experience with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word Advanced customer service skills Multi-line phone system experience Professional written and verbal communication skills Organized with a high level of attention to detail. Professional appearance Sales experience is a plus! High school diploma or equivalent
