Primary Responsibilities Receive, process, and scan all in and out bound mail Manage inbound/outbound phone calls and text messages Input data into case management software (Needles) Greet clients and visitors, escort them to conference rooms Deposits Processing Payments Assist Case Mangers with scheduling Manage shared email boxes Office Inventory Management Qualifications Required 2+ Years Office Experience High Attention to Detail Type 55 Words per Minute Scheduling Experience Customer Service Experience MS Office, Word, Excel & QuickBooks Preferred Bilingual (Spanish) Key Performance Indicators All messages must be managed and responded to in no more than 10 days after receipt No more than two substantiated complaints either internal or external Shared inboxes are checked, and emails distributed daily. Ensure each inbox is emptied by end of business each day. Provides scheduling oversight for the Case Managers. When issues are found, contact the appropriate Client Liaison to correct. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time Salary Starting pay $20 p/h Powered by JazzHR
