Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a full-time Office Admin / Customer Service Representative to provide office support in the Austin, TX area. This administrative position earns a competitive wage of $17 per hour, depending on experience. DAY-TO-DAY This administrative position offers full-time work and has a schedule that rotates between a 7 am – 3 pm shift and a 10 am – 7 pm shift. As an Office Admin / Customer Service Representative, you play a vital part in our company being able to operate smoothly. As the face and voice of our company, you have the opportunity to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. You are friendly and professional as you answer calls, schedule appointments, and sell contracts. Listening carefully and offering personalized solutions allows you to easily create a great rapport with people. In addition to assisting customers, you perform other administrative duties as needed.
