Mozaic (a chapter of the Arc) Is searching for a Nursing Services Assistant to provide administrative support, including data tracking and quality assurance services for the nursing department in all service areas. Serves as a resource in other project-oriented capacities, providing research, analysis and/or data-gathering functions. Must present self positively and professionally to Individuals, families, staff, and to the public. Requirements: Participates in agency committees, initiatives, projects and trainings, as assigned Maintains certifications and annual training updates, as required Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility and ownership Has the ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize multiple assignments with attention to detail and deadlines in a high-volume, stressful environment Has the ability to establish effective relationships and work in a team environment to meet team and agency goals Has the ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
