Room Leader, Third in charge, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years, Nursery, Childcare Nursery Room Leader Baby Room Location: Chichester, West Susinteraction Salary: Up to £26k DOE + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4pm or 6pm The Client: Our client operates a warm and welcoming private nursery school led by a dedicated team, they provide a nurturing environment for childrens growth and development. They are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join their team. The Role: You will oversee the daily operations of your classroom, ensuring top-quality care and a stimulating learning environment aligned with the EYFS framework. Lead by example, sharing knowledge and creativity with colleagues and children. Responsibilities: Lead the classrooms daily operations Maintain high standards of care and learning Create a stimulating EYFS-compliant environment Provide care and support for children Demonstrate leadership and creativity Utilise your childcare and potential leadership experience Requirements: Previous experience of 2 years working as Room Leader or in a similar role Hold a Level 3 or above Childrens Care Learning & Development qualification or equivalent Hold a Paediatric First Aid certificate and Safeguarding Children certificate.
