You will be able to demonstrate practical, holistic support and be prepared to go above and beyond for theyoung people you support To work closely with the Nursery Manager and existing staff members to ensure that the values and mission of the Nursery are achieved. x25CF; Clarifying and explaining instructions x25CF; Motivating and encouraging the pupil(s) as required by providing levels of individualattention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to pupils needs x25CF; Assisting in weaker areas, e. g. speech and language, reading, spelling, numeracy, handwriting/presentation etc x25CF; Using praise, commentary and assistance to encourage the pupil to concentrate and stayon task x25CF; Liaising with class teacher, Inclusion Manager and other professionals about Educationand Health Care Plans (EHCP), contributing to the planning and delivery as appropriate x25CF; Providing additional nurture to individuals when requested by the class teacher or Inclusion Manager x25CF; Consistently and effectively implementing agreed behaviour management strategies x25CF; Helping to make appropriate resources to support the group x25CF; Supporting differentiation and feedback to class teacher Desired skills/qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification Early years pracitioner or Nursery Assistant.
