We are searching for a full time PostAcute Nurse Practitioner in Concord, NH. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM –5PM, no weekends no call rounding. This position involves deliveringcomprehensive medical care, managing chronic and acute conditions, andoptimizing the well-being of patients as they transition from acute care topost-acute care. The NP will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensurepatients receive high-quality, personalized care and support their recovery. Benefits: Salary: $120,000 base with theopportunity to make $180,000 - $220,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package: healthinsurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans Four weeks’ vacation Continuing Education Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Current certification as a NursePractitioner. Current, unrestricted licensure inthe state of New Hampshire. Previous experience in a clinicalsetting, preferably in a related field, such as acute care, primary care, orpost-acute care. BLS and ACLS Certification
