Nurse Practitioner physician job in Pennsylvania : The Inline Group - Full Time Hours:Monday-Friday schedule, flexible scheduling negotiable Employed New Graduates Call Schedule: Shared phone call, very infrequent, estimated 1 weekend every 2 months Compensation: Compensation is determined based on experience, with a starting salary ranging upwards based on $110k-$140k-Productivity and quality bonuses available Benefits: Medical | Dental | Vision-PTO/Sick time-Paid malpractice-7 days, 1700 towards CME-Guthrie Retirement Savings Plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contributions-Allowance for licensure fees Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals-Relocation expenses paid-Accompanying partner placement assistance available-Professional and social special interest groups-Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie-$10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis Additional Info: Our locations are near the NY/PA border, nearby the Finger Lakes region, and the Wellsboro Grand Canyon! Guthrie family physicians provide comprehensive services, including well-woman care, newborn and well-child care, pediatrics and adult medicine and geriatric care.JOB DETAILS:-Practice general primary care in an outpatient setting, with a patient panel ranging in the full lifespan (birth to geriatrics)-Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system top 1% of Epic organizations)-Easy access to Guthrie Specialists-All locations accredited Patient Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards-Physician-led environment that is driven by physician and provider collaboration-Flexible scheduling-FT providers have Patient-facing time + 4 hours of admin time-Guthrie will assist in licensing for NY/PA
