Nurse Practitioner Family $70.00 - $80/HR Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Victorville, CA, and make a difference in the lives of patients and families. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for Family Practice. Location: Victorville, CA Job Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive physical examinations and gather patient medical histories.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments.Educate patients about self-management techniques for their conditions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school or university.Must have previous experience in Family Practice.Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in California. Incentives: Competitive compensation ranging from $70.00 to $80.00 per hour.Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.3 weeks of paid vacation.Sick days and paid holidays.Support for continuing medical education (CME), malpractice coverage, and profit sharing.401k retirement benefits.
