CommQuest is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide services to provide Addiction Recovery Services for CommQuest Services. CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance. Provides psychiatric health services, education, counseling and emotional support. Oversee and monitor psychotropic medications, including medication used as part of the MAT model of care for substance use detox Orders laboratory tests, interprets and explains the test results to patients. Provides patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits and reasonable outcome expectations. Communicates with patients and engages in follow-up as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned or required. Requirements: Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or DNP from accredited College or University Minimum of 2 years of PMHNP prescribing experience Board certification as a PMHNP in Ohio DEA license with full prescriptive authority Previous experience working in substance use treatment/detox Previous leadership preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
