Position: Nurse Manager of Med Surg - Ortho Location: Fort Worth, TXSchedule: Full-time, No Weekendsπ©ββοΈ Lead the Med Surg - Ortho team in Fort Worth, TX, ensuring quality patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines. π€ Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. π₯ Assure high-quality patient care and positive interactions. π Manage operational and capital budgets. π°οΈ Perform hourly rounding and respond promptly to patient needs. π©ββοΈ Promote excellence in patient experience and performance improvement. π Adhere to the "Code of Conduct" and "Mission and Value Statement." Qualifications: 3-5 years of acute care leadership experience. Baccalaureate degree in nursing required. Current RN licensure in Texas, with BCLS and ACLS certifications.
