Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide PURPOSE OF THE JOB Drive/lead the process of non-conformities on purchased parts (coparts, suppliers, free parts, customers, sub-contractors) from the defect characterization on production area, re-feeding to the line, containment and closure of curative actions. Supply Chain – Logistics Reports directly to: Non-conformity Cell Manager Other reporting to: Not Applicable Direct reports: Not Applicable Network & Links Internal Production Logistics Teams NCR Cell Procurement Quality Material Management Engineering & Industrialization Project team External External Suppliers, Sub-contractors MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Tasks Characterize the defect on purchased parts (5W2H) and write the relevent reports (NCR : Non conformity reports) with the objective to limit production disturbances. Secure the production line ensuring that no other defective part is available with a clear mapping (physical identification and parts in restricted area) Organize the re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line (if part is available in stocks) Organize the first level of containment with management of control and sorting activities (internal, and coordination for supplier) Block (or ask to block) stock for non-conform parts Ask for new control key in ERP for incoming inspection for upcoming deliveries and provide inspection criteria Create Non-conformity reports in ERP and.
