Responsibilities: • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process• Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed• Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Qualifications: • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred• Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $18.50 - $19 Based on experience About Company: Located just outside of Seattle and Tacoma, La Quinta® by Wyndham Auburn provides a memorable stay in the Pacific Northwest.
