Job Description: Preferred Physical Therapy is growing rapidly and seeking an energetic and highly motivated Certified Personal Trainer / Stretch Therapist to join our team. As a Certified Personal Trainer, you'll get the opportunity to work closely with clients suffering from a limited range of motion, chronic pain, or those seeking performance recovery. Personal Trainers are responsible for supporting clients by building and nurturing relationships thru a positive member experience that is educational and supports a healthier lifestyle. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities. Perfect for those looking to further their career as a Physical Therapist, loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time in the clinic working the floor, setting appointments and building relationships with the members while selling training packages. Key Responsibilities: Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including, goal setting to assess and recommend individualized personal training programs Develops comprehensive fitness programs that are safe and drive client goal achievement and retention. Monitors, instructs and motivates clients during personal training sessions. You should have a working knowledge of the human body (i.e. muscles, movements, functions, etc) and be able to adjust exercises if a client has limitations or challenges to ensure consistent progression thru monthly 1-on-1 client reassessments. Offer 1-on-1 stretching, overall conditioning exercises, and strength training. Assist clients with therapeutic activities and exercises that improve flexibility, range of motion, and mobility. Meet personal performance quotas, KPI's and consistently follow up with clients and warm leads thru phone, email, or text. Assist and promotes in the development of membership sales, packages, and retention. Seeks out strategic business partnerships to build the Preferred Wellness brand. Qualifications: 1+ years experience in Personal or Group Training, Exercise Program Design, and Sales Desirable Qualifications :Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or other related field preferredRegular schedule available, Nights, NO Sundays Powered by JazzHR
