PROGRAM OVERVIEW- New Nurse Graduate Program NEW RN GRAD PRO Full-Time New Grad RN candidates for our clients' Paid Internship program will kick-start their careers as follows: This is a 10-14 week paid internship program with a combination of classroom and hands-on training during the program with a guaranteed position for the candidate with the hospital upon completion. All nurses receive New Grad Nurse rates throughout the training period. Candidates will obtain several certifications during the course of the program. Program is based on Monday through Friday wth 8-hour days 5 days per week. (First 5-7 weeks.) For the first 5-7 weeks , the candidate will receive in-class training with on-line learning, state-of-the-art simulations with debrief, and instructor-led classes. For the next 5-7 weeks , candidates will work three 12-hour days per week in the Unit that you selected (and approved you). You will also be assigned a preceptor who is there to help you become acclimated to your new role within the unit. For the remainder of the first year , you will be a resident RN within your unit. During this time you will transition to your full-time role within the unit, have routine interactions with your mentor, and complete a CAPSTONE evidence-based project. Upon completion of the program, candidates will attend their one-year graduation. Most of the open opportunities are in Med/Surg and Telemetry Units, however, there are some openings throughout the hospital in various units. Sign-on bonuses and relocation packages are paid in the first paycheck! PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS- NEW REGISTERED NURSE GRADUATE PROGRAM NEW RN GRAD PRO Full-Time New Registered Nurse graduates looking for a position within this program must meet the following minimum qualifications: Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited RN program. Candidates with a BSN are preferred, but not required. Candidates must have passed their NCLEX exams. Candidates must have an RN license in the States they are accepting a position by the time the program starts.
