You will be contacting B2B customers, tailoring your approach based on customer size and demographics, with the aim of generating face: to: face appointments or Teams Meetings for our Business Development Managers. Responsibilities: - Contacting prospective B2B customers to book appointments for BDMs- Building and maintaining a high: quality pipeline of customers- Updating the CRM system with accurate and up: to: date information- Achieving daily call time targets- Liaising with BDMs and Team Leader to arrange appointments- Communicating directly with both internal and external customers Compliance: - Comply with all requirements as directed by regulatory bodies and key stakeholders- Be responsible for adequately protecting Company, customer, personal, and employee information- Be aware of and comply with safe working practices under relevant legislation- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required under the direction of the business Skills and Experience Required: - Previous experience in lead generation- Experience.
