New Business Development Executive Salary GBP25,000 : GBP28,000 basic (OTE GBP30,000:35,000 first year; GBP50, ,000 after 3 years) Hours: Monday : Friday 09.00 : 17.30 (17.00 on a Friday) A full driving licence and access to your own car is essential due to the location of the company. Based Kimpton Our client was established in 2000 and has experience of working across a range of industry sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for a New Business Development Executive to join a growing and successful company. Responsibilities: New Business Development Executive New business development; cold calling; direct marketing; email marketing. Account management; quotations, updates on orders and regular customer interaction. Achieving various KPIs, call targets and revenue targets. Booking, organising and hosting customer meetings and technology days/seminars and attending industry events and exhibitions. Working with vendor partners to understand solution and product offerings. The job will initially be mainly office: based although some travel may be required. The role is key to the growth of the business and there will be opportunity for training, development, and growth in role. Experience / Attributes: New Business Development Executive Experience or an interest in IT would be beneficial in this role, but you will receive full product and technical training as well as guidance from successful and senior members of the sales team. The applicant must be: Ambitious, organised and a very quick learner : emerging technologies within the IT industry develop at such a pace that the ability to understand and adapt to new technologies is vital. Able to build customer rapport quickly. Focussed on ensuring the company is represented positively with our customer and suppliers. Able to think outside the box and have the drive to deliver beyond targets and expectations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi: task.
