DirectViz Solutions, (DVS) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic services that meet mission IT needs for government customers. DVS is sourcing for a Network/Telecom Technician for a new opportunity. This position is based in San Diego, CA and requires an active Secret clearance. Requirements: -Three (3) years demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, and repairing network equipment, fiber, patch panel, Ethernet connections and related peripherals using industry standard equipment -Experience with the Standard for Installing Commercial Building Telecommunications Cabling (ANSI/BICSI) -Experience performing Protective Distribution Systems (PDS) - Alarmed Carrier inspections -Secret clearance Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
