Job Title: Network Telecom Specialist FS5 - Expert (Onsite) Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: The client Network Field Services team travels throughout the state to install the physical infrastructure to client and client buildings. Installing CAT5/6 and fiber optic cabling is the primary role. Termination and testing of CAT 5/6 and fiber optic cabling is a necessary skill set. Any Cisco switch and IP camera experience is a bonus. Installations may include working in attics, crawl spaces and office environments. Travel can include leaving the office at 5:00 AM when necessary, and occasionally returning back to the office after 7:00 PM. If needed spending a night out to complete work next day at far remote offices, all travel will be in state owned vehicles. Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Car5/6 network cable installation / termination / testing Required 7 Years Fiber optic cable installation / termination / splicing / testing Required 3 Years IP camera knowledge Desired 2 Years Cisco Switch configuration / troubleshooting Nice to have 2 Years Powered by JazzHR
