Job Details Job Location : Military - Roseburg, OR Position Type : Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level : High School Salary Range : $33,000.00 - $43,000.00 Hourly Job Shift : Day Job Category : Information Technology Description Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Network Technician to join their team! Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond user submitted service tickets for technical support in the field and remotely. Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Primary Responsibilities: Respond to end user support requests Manage work through ticketing system Set up computers, desk phones, and accessories Repair computer and printers Test implemented solutions to verify results Troubleshoot problems and identify root cause Document procedures and known solutions Assist with maintaining the phone system Assist with maintaining the wireless system Oversee new and replacement cabling jobs Assist with copiers, faxes, and e-fax system Qualifications Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 1-year experience with networks or any combination of training and experience.
