If you're someone with energy, drive, and creativity, AST might be the place for you. Currently, we are looking for Oracle NetSuite Pre-Sales & Solution Architect - Director to join our team. This is a full-time and remote position that can sit anywhere in the United States, with the expectation of travel as needed to customer and prospect sites. AST is proud to be a NetSuite partner, offering NetSuite Cloud ERP implementation services. The ideal candidate will assist with business development initiatives while collaborating with technology partners to scope and deliver solutioning expertise to our clients. What You'll Do: Provide technical support, advice and expertise in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the NetSuite Sales Team in understanding customer requirements. Provide input for RFQ, RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project resourcing, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components. Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients. Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate solution alternatives. Lead various pre-sales support activities including supporting Sales Teams by identifying and quantifying the NetSuite value proposition and create out-of-the-box design solutions. Work closely with the sales teams on opportunity pursuits. Provide recommendations on third-party applications. Support 'proof of concept' installations to help customers evaluate our capabilities. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications. Conduct knowledge transfer to delivery team during the sales-to-delivery hand-off period. Work with project teams to develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders Contribute to estimating and SOW templates. Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the NetSuite ecosystem. Participate in conferences and other marketing events. What You Bring: 5+ years of relevant experience within the NetSuite ecosystem including scoping, presenting and solutioning full-cycle NetSuite implementations and upgrades. Project Management experience in designing and outlining a prospective project plan. Hands on experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite. In depth understanding of the Pre-sales process Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people. Able to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision, yet participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed. Hands-on experience creating and presenting engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level, organized, entrepreneurial, self-starter with applications sales experience, with focus on building relationships, executing vision, and achieving quota. Highly developed selling and customer relations with negotiation skills being desired. Team player who thrives in fast-paced environment. ERP knowledge is a big plus. Ability to think critically with attention to detail to craft demo scripts and assist in client meetings. Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts. Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will spend a good part of their time in verbal one-on-one and one-to-many situations discussing a technical approach to solving a customer issue. Ability to demonstrate a solution, business process, "day in the life", and applicable "Modern Best Practices" across multiple facets of the overall solution. Experience to contribute to proposals, statements of work and work directly with customers across multiple industries.
