Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) is seeking a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) specialist to work with our team in a project management/leadership role. This position is based in the Sacramento, CA area, and is full-time, salary paid with full benefits. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professional maturity, leadership, and the ability to work well with others, and willingness to make mistakes and grow. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in EA and EIS development Understanding of implemented regulations of NEPA for federal clients Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) environmental programs Demonstrable attention to detail Strong writing skills Ability to manage multiple project components at one time Ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines Experience with estimating the level of effort for project tasks Proficient in MSWord/Excel/Adobe Acrobat Pro/SharePoint Ability to manage time efficiently, be responsive and work independently Excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be able to pass DoD security clearances and background checks US citizenship required Salary commensurate with experience. Bonuses are offered for exceptional performance.
