Overview Employer: All Season Nails Ltd. Position: Nail salon supervisor Location: West Vancouver, BC. V7T 2W4 Rate: $27.50 hourly / 35 hours per Week. Employment conditions: Permanent employment, Full time- Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Weekend Start date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 01 Vacancy. JOB REQUIREMENTS Languages: English Education: -Other trades certificate or diploma-Nail technician/specialist and manicurist Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: -Esthetician's salon-Beauty shop or aesthetic service Responsibilities: Tasks: -Arrange for maintenance and repair work-Assist clients/guests with special needs-Establish work schedules and procedures-Handle emergency situations-Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies-Resolve work related problems-Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers-Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies-Manicures-Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions-Nail art technics-Pedicures Supervision: 5-10 people Experience and specialization Area of work experience: Esthetician Area of specialization: Business management Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: -Combination of sitting, standing, walking-Fast-paced environment Personal suitability-Client focus-Organized-Team player Benefits: Health benefits: Health care plan Employment groups: This employer promotes equal employment opportunities for all job applicants, including those self-identifying as a member of these groups: Indigenous people, Persons with disabilities, Newcomers to Canada, Older workers, Visible minorities, Youth.
