The hiring company is currently looking for a Music Course Consultant to join the NewYork Team. They are seeking positive, organized, enthusiastic, customer-centric and dependable Representatives who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain an in-depth knowledge of music products and services Responsible for daily updates of client information in database Ability to multi-task and problem-solving Other job duties as requested, directed or assigned. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
