Sierra Star Oakhurst, CA location Salary $12.00 - $14.00 hourly + Uncapped Commission. The Account Executive drives multi-media sales revenue from small to medium accounts, following the Core 4+ Sales Process; understanding their needs (both current & desired) and crafting customized solutions to meet customer needs. The Account Executive understands our solutions and have the ability to effectively show they drive results for our customers. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling advertising schedules to advertisers based on advertiser marketing needs, developing new business; seeking out prospective customers; creating effective verbal and written presentations of newspaper and digital advertising benefits; attend and participate in sales meetings and training. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and sales and/or marketing experience. A college degree preferred. Sales and/or marketing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as strong negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills. Professional appearance, initiative, follow-though, well organized, a self-starter, courtesy in dealing with co-workers and public, team player. Must have a valid CA driver's license.
