Multi-site Maintenance Technician

Description:
Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. You'll "float" between locations as needed.Responsibilities include: Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs Respond to work orders Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep All other duties as assigned Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills with a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service skills required.Our family-owned company is over 100 years in business and going strong!
