JOB TITLE : Motorcycle Safety Trainer LOCATION : Joint Base Charleston, SC. DUTIES : Provide the most current MSF versions of basic, intermediate, and advanced motorcycle safety training courses for JB CHS. Provide training in accordance with Traffic Safety Program, and Navy Traffic Safety. Provide web-based online course scheduling, web-based online course registration services, course handbooks and Motorcycle Safety Foundation® (MSF) mandatory student and instructor materials (books, training aides, certificates, etc.). Maintain a safe and healthy range and work environment in accordance with MSF Rider Education and Training System Standards. Provide training range debris removal, monthly reporting of student participation in all courses taken at JB CHS, training range basic weed control, range course painting and motorcycle fuel. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS : Valid driver’s license and have a motorcycle license (Class M) for at least two years and possess the ability to ride a motorcycle in the demonstration of riding exercises. A satisfactory driving record is also required. Must also hold or be able to obtain a Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Rider Coach Certification . Must have demonstrated ability to teach a diverse group of students with various needs and skill levels.
