Job Summary Motor installer removes motor from shipping crate using motor hoist and then installs on boat. Key Responsibilities Remove engine from shipping crate. Use template to drill holes in boat. Install engine and make all connection to engine. Move parts to next process. Keeps tools and area clean. Other duties as assigned. Education and experience 6 months to 1 year experience. Experience with hand tools. Physical Demands Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employee must be able to stand during entire shift. Work Environment Noisy but not at levels requiring hearing protection. Temperatures fluctuate as the seasons change.
