As a broker we have many di ff erent lenders and programs available to solve most all our customers' needs. We operate in Indiana, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and Connec ti cut. I have immediate openings for loan o ffi cers that are knowledgeable, goal orientated and can work independently - NOT INTERESTED IN MICROMANAGING. Job Includes: Lucra ti ve commission and bonus schedule. Weekly pay if needed. Leads provided - "limited" Highly compe titi ve rates. Originate mortgage loans, FHA, VA, Conven ti onal. Purchase and re fi nance transac ti ons. Processing on site provided. Remote access available. Encompass experience a plus. Develops and prepares loan solu ti ons to serve the client’s needs. Two years of successful origina ti on experience. NMLS license. Competencies: E ff ec ti ve Communica ti on skills from applica ti on through closing and beyond. Financial Analysis – Knowledge of and ability to qualify clients. Loan Origina ti on – Knowledge of the skills, methods and technologies used to process new loan applica ti ons; ability to perform loan origina ti on ac ti vi ti es while adhering to established policies and procedures. Mortgage Products – Knowledge and the ability to communicate e ff ec ti vely on residen ti al mortgage products and programs. Sales Tasks & Ac ti vi ti es – Knowledge of Encompass, Salesforce, Teams, Outlook, and the ability to sell an organiza ti on’s products and services. Educa ti on and/or Experience College Degree, High school diploma or general educa ti on degree (GED); 2 years successful experience and/or training; or equivalent combina ti on of educa ti on and experience. Encompass knowledge preferable.
