Description:
We are looking for an experienced, service, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. We believe in removing obstacles and creating a supportive environment for you to thrive in. Responsibilities: • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines• Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business Qualifications: • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation: $100,500 - $1,250,000 yearly About Company: Rise Group Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to succeed in their careers.
